In a significant boost to its mission of transforming real estate transactions, Hyderabad-based Landeed has raised $5 million (approximately ₹43.1 crore) in its latest funding round, led by 10x Founders Fund. Notable investors, including Oliver Jung, Paradigm Shift, Pioneer Fund, Snapdocs founder Aaron King, and others, also participated in the round. The funds will primarily be used to launch Landeed Labs, a dedicated division for advancing artificial intelligence and machine learning in property technology.
Since its founding in 2022 by Sanjay Mandava, ZJ Lin, and Jonathan Richards, Landeed has been tackling the challenges posed by India’s fragmented property records. Its innovative platform consolidates data from 24 states, making property title verification faster, more reliable, and more accessible. This technology empowers stakeholders such as property owners, bankers, and developers to handle transactions with unprecedented efficiency and transparency.
The launch of Landeed Labs signals the company’s commitment to technological innovation. The division will focus on creating AI-powered tools that streamline property due diligence and elevate the real estate experience for users globally. CEO and co-founder Sanjay Mandava shared the company’s vision: “Our priority is relentless innovation and growth. With this funding, we’re not just building a better product; we’re building the future of real estate transactions.”
